Greetings to all health and fitness enthusiasts!
I'm pleased to share with you once again about my physical activity today.Every day I am forced to work at a computer, which I enjoy, but at the same time it is very difficult because I constantly have to sit in a sedentary position.Of course, I take breaks for physical exercises from time to time and sometimes work standing up.
Today, in addition to this, I made time to go to my favorite gym with exercise machines.Since I didn't do much of a warm-up today, I decided to exercise on the leg press machine, as it strengthens many muscle groups.I completed four sets of 10-15 repetitions.
Then I did one heavy set on the deadlift machine.And I completed three working sets of dumbbell bench press, thereby working out my upper body.After this workout, I felt that my muscles had worked well and were pumped with blood, so I headed home to write this report and continue working at the computer.
