Greetings to all health and fitness enthusiasts!I'm pleased to share with you what I've been up to with my physical activity lately.
Today I got good rest—I slept quite a while. I worked a bit at the computer, and then I headed to the sports facility with exercise equipment.
Today I focused on my back and chest muscles. I completed four sets on the chest press machine and four sets of chest exercises with maximum working weight.
For my final exercise, I trained my latissimus dorsi muscles by doing rowing movements in a supported position.In the photo you can see the exercise machine where I performed my last exercise, as well as my backpack and water bottle.
