Today I'm sharing another report on my physical activity.This morning, as soon as I woke up, I did a short gymnastics routine that included leg swings and a brief bodyweight exercise session.
For most of the day, I worked at my computer, but I took periodic breaks to do some physical exercises—either calisthenics or exercises with a resistance band.I also did one set of push-ups, which consisted of 40 repetitions.In the evening, I visited my favorite gym with exercise equipment. I focused on strengthening my arms—I did four sets on the triceps machine and four sets on the biceps machine.I completed two sets of squats and, feeling satisfied, headed home.That's all for today.
