I used store-bought puff pastry 🧺 for these little pockets. I don't really have a recipe for it, but I just carefully rolled the dough out a little thinner so it would get nice and crispy ✨.
Für die kleinen Taschen habe ich fertigen Blätterteig genommen 🧺. Ein richtiges Rezept dafür habe ich leider nicht, aber ich habe den Teig einfach vorsichtig etwas dünner ausgerollt, damit er schön knusprig wird ✨.

Then I cut the dough into even squares 🍓. You want to make sure you have an even number, because you need two pieces for each pocket. On one square, I added a good spoonful of raspberry jam (the raspberries are from our own garden 😍), and for the second square, I made three little cuts to make it look extra cute once it bakes.
