I used store-bought puff pastry 🧺 for these little pockets. I don't really have a recipe for it, but I just carefully rolled the dough out a little thinner so it would get nice and crispy ✨.

Für die kleinen Taschen habe ich fertigen Blätterteig genommen 🧺. Ein richtiges Rezept dafür habe ich leider nicht, aber ich habe den Teig einfach vorsichtig etwas dünner ausgerollt, damit er schön knusprig wird ✨.

Then I cut the dough into even squares 🍓. You want to make sure you have an even number, because you need two pieces for each pocket. On one square, I added a good spoonful of raspberry jam (the raspberries are from our own garden 😍), and for the second square, I made three little cuts to make it look extra cute once it bakes.

Dann habe ich den Teig in gleich große Quadrate geschnitten 🍓. Man sollte darauf achten, dass es eine gerade Anzahl ist, weil man für eine Tasche immer zwei Stück braucht. Auf eines der Quadrate kam ein guter Löffel Himbeermarmelade (die Himbeeren sind aus unserem eigenen Garten 😍) und das zweite Quadrat habe ich mit drei kleinen Schnitten verschönert, damit sie später hübsch aufgehen.

After that, I layered the squares on top of each other and pressed the edges together with a fork 🍴, so the filling wouldn't leak out. I brushed the tops with a bit of beaten egg for that beautiful golden color 🍯 and sprinkled on some sugar for extra sweetness, since raspberries can be a little tart 🍬.

>Anschließend habe ich die Quadrate aufeinandergelegt und die Ränder mit einer Gabel zusammengedrückt 🍴, damit beim Backen nichts ausläuft. Oben drauf kam noch etwas verquirltes Ei für eine schöne goldene Farbe 🍯 und ein bisschen Zucker für extra Süße, weil Himbeeren ja manchmal etwas sauer sind 🍬.
