Your brother feeds his soul full of classes, just this week he’s taken up the guitar, it’s about time as he’s got five of them on his wall alongside lively legendary posters full of his teenage heroes- Marx, Engels, Lenin, Trotsky.
Reflecting a time when a passion for politics, wasn’t overtaken by work’s weight where he stands proud as a charity CEO, still passionate about progress. He’s polishing up his French- "Dans chaque battement de mon cœur, tu es l’écho de mon amour, éternel et infini."
At the weekend he goes to Ronnie Scott’s in his jaunty jazz hat, with his friends from singing lessons, he’s set to shine in the next show- Guys and Dolls.
Between balancing his four beautiful kids brimming to share the world, and in doing so, he’s full of the joy of living- in every goals he’s scored, in every place explored. You wish you were more like him. Though sometimes he too, simply seeks silence - when the music in his heart is stilled in the faint first light of dawn as he jogs along the seafront to read one of the countless books on his list.
