๐บ Spiny Gourd ( Thumba Kariwila) 200G. ๐บ 1 Cup of Coconut milk. ๐บ Two or three pieces of cinnamon. ๐บ Some finely chopped garlic. ๐บ Curry leaves. ๐บ 1 Onion ๐บ 1 Tomato ๐บ About two or three green chilies. ๐บ 1 teaspoon of chili powder. ๐บ 1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek seed. ๐บ 1/2 Teaspoon of Mustard powder. ๐บ 1/2 Teaspoon of curry powder. ๐บ 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder. ๐บ Salt as needed. ๐บ 2 Tablespoon of coconut oil. .
The order of preparation.

First, wash the spiny gourd in salted water and cut it into small lengthwise pieces. At the same time, finely slice the salt, green chilies, tomatoes, and garlic.
2 Step.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, add fenugreek seeds, garlic, salt, green chilies, and curry leaves, and mix well. Then, add chili powder, turmeric powder, mustard powder, and the required amount of salt. Mix again and allow it to fry.
3 Step.
Next, add the spiny gourd pieces and mix well. Allow them to fry for about a minute.
4 Step.
Now, add a little coconut milk to it, simmer over low heat until well cooked, and then remove from the stove.
