๐ŸŒบ Spiny Gourd ( Thumba Kariwila) 200G. ๐ŸŒบ 1 Cup of Coconut milk. ๐ŸŒบ Two or three pieces of cinnamon. ๐ŸŒบ Some finely chopped garlic. ๐ŸŒบ Curry leaves. ๐ŸŒบ 1 Onion ๐ŸŒบ 1 Tomato ๐ŸŒบ About two or three green chilies. ๐ŸŒบ 1 teaspoon of chili powder. ๐ŸŒบ 1/2 teaspoon of Fenugreek seed. ๐ŸŒบ 1/2 Teaspoon of Mustard powder. ๐ŸŒบ 1/2 Teaspoon of curry powder. ๐ŸŒบ 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder. ๐ŸŒบ Salt as needed. ๐ŸŒบ 2 Tablespoon of coconut oil. .

The order of preparation.

2 Step. Next, place a pan on the stove and add about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, add fenugreek seeds, garlic, salt, green chilies, and curry leaves, and mix well.
