Ingredients...
🌺 1 young jackfruit. 🌺 4 Cup of Coconut milk. 🌺 1 Onion. 🌺 3 green chili pods. 🌺 Curry leaves. 🌺 A cinnamon stick or two. 🌺 2 Table spoon of coconut oil. 🌺 1/4 Teaspoon of turmeric powder. 🌺 Salt as needed. 🌺 3 cloves of garlic. 🌺 1 Teaspoon of chili powder. 🌺 3 Teaspoon of meat curry powder. 🌺 1 Teaspoon of curry powder. 🌺 1/2 Teaspoon of Mustard powder.
The order of preparation.
Step 1:-
First, finely chop the onion, green chili, curry leaves, garlic, and dried chilies.
Step 2:-
Next, remove the skin of the young jackfruit, wash it well, and cut it into small pieces. Place them in a pan and add turmeric powder, mustard powder, curry powder,
Step 3:-
and two cups of coconut milk. Then cook over low heat until it is well simmered. Once the gravy has slightly thickened and reduced, remove the pan from the stove
Step 4:-
Next, take another pan and place it on the stove. Add about two tablespoons of coconut oil, and once the oil is heated, add chopped onions, curry leaves, dried chilies, and green chilies. Then, add salt and meat curry powder, mixing well. After that, add the sautéed young jackfruit pieces along with the remaining coconut milk, simmer for a short while, and finally remove from the stove.
