Good morning to all my Hive friends.
Today, Iโm going to prepare a Malu Miris Curry using fresh fish and large green chilies. In our area, we call these big green chilies "Malu Miris". For this dish, the chilies are stuffed in the middle with a flavorful potato filling, then simmered in the richness of coconut milk and the warmth of aromatic spices. The chilies bring a deep, fragrant flavor to the curry, while the fish chilies adds a tender, succulent texture. Together, they create a comforting and flavorful dish that pairs perfectly with rice, turning every bite into a delightful experience.
