To my love people of hive community. I go by the name @sammimed . Today I will be sharing with us something commonly known but yet neglected.

Poor lifestyle is actually one of the cause of many health conditions and also cause of some death in our world today. As someone who care and wish to give more insight to this and the importance of modifying lifestyle, I choose to briefly talk about it.

Because lifestyle modification is really broad I wish to break it into various part starting with exercise, diet and sleep for today's video.

The risk to allot of health conditions is obesity. Obesity is actually manage very well at early stage by exercise. Poor lifestyle with lack of exercise increases individual risk of getting allot of health complications such as hypertension, diabetes and others. So as an individual, it is really good that we engage in exercise.

Also the importance of good diet can never be under estimated. The body needs good nutrition to function properly. When diet is actually neglected, the risk of some health conditions increases and such person chances of living with good health reduces and chances of decreased lifespan certain.

Sleep is one thing that nature has provided for us...as individuals, we should not neglect sleep as it is nature it self.
