So, for this reason, we should not be preoccupied by the fear of death, but by the things to come after death.
According to the scripture in the book of Philippians 4:6, we were told by the scripture and as analyzed by Bro. Eli that, “we should not be anxious of anything, but with prayers and supplications, we should make our request known unto God.”
What is meant by this is that, being anxious of things such as death and other things can be so calamitous, but that, instead of that, we should rely on God for everything needed through our prayers and supplications.
In verse 7 of the same Philippians 4, we were told that,”the peace of God which passes all understanding will keep our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Which means, through the peace of God, we will have peace of mind and all understanding of the professionals that might put us into fear would not be relevant to us anymore.
We were also told in Matthew 10:29 and as analyzed by Bro. Eli that, it's only God that will us to die and that, it's only when it's our time that we would die. The bible uses the two Sparrows to tell us that nothing can happen to us without the knowledge of God, no wonder Bro. Eli said, even if a sharp shooter tries to kill a bird and it's not time for the bird to die as destined by God, then the bird would not die.
In conclusion, in Ecclesiastes 9:5, we were told by the scripture that, we the living know for sure that we will all die, but the dead had no memory again as they are already forgotten.
Which means we live right from when we were being given birth to know for sure that we will die and since we all know that we will die, I think we should not be preoccupied by the fear of death but things to come as dying in Christ and in faith will give us eternal rest.
