My country is a country that is blessed with both natural and human resources and if there's anything we are fully and better known for as a country, then that thing would be what i have mentioned earlier which is the natural and human resources.
God has really blessed my country with this two resources and if we are to talk about what thing that's known about us, then time would not permit us to end this endless mentioning of the various mineral/natural resources God has deposited in our land which ranges from crude oil which placed my country on the list of the countries that have crude oil in the whole wide world.
Aside from this, my country is also blessed with other mineral resources such as gas, gold, lithium, diamond, just to mention but a few. All these are based on fact and we can always fact check these resources I have mentioned above.
As if that's not enough, my country is blessed with fertile land and there's nothing you planted in your backyard in my country that would not germinate and grow for harvest. All I have mentioned here are the good things known about my country.
However as blessed as my country is, there's one cankerworm known with my country and this cankerworm would not have come close to my father land if not for the blessings of the mineral resources bestowed unto my country.
That cankerworm known in my country is corruption. Although every human is corrupt, in my country, I can boldly say that we are a corrupt nation and we are seriously known for this throughout the world.
Just because of the natural resources of my country, the country has been plunged into corruption aided by bad leadership. In my country, our leaders are best known for siphoning and embezzling our commonwealth wealth and this has further plunged the economy of my country into mess.
Aside from this, the corruption in the land has now been extended to the younger ones and now, people are now into all forms of corrupt practices such as cybercrime and so on.
So, if there's anything to go by in what my country is known for in the world space, that would be corruption.
However, I'm glad to tell us that not everyone in my country, Nigeria is corrupt, but the issue now is that we have all been painted as bad and corrupt and now for us to redeem back our golden image is the issue, in the world community, nobody wants to associate themselves with us again as Nigerians as a result of what people have perceived of to be known for which is corruption.

But i can tell us for free that the number of corrupt people in my country is not even up to the number of those of us that are not corrupt and it's only when you have the opportunity to move close to us that you will know that Nigerians are good and hospitable people who are full of love and compassion.
In conclusion, if there's anything good my country is known for that would be for the natural resources God has deposited in our land and the only blemish on our white linen is corruption.
