Self confidence || a better way of maintaining body positivity

Greetings!

One thing that we humans should know is that, we own not our body and the earlier we know this, the better. God is the creator of everything, including our body and since he had said in his word that he created us in his image, then we should not bother ourselves about how we look, but just to take good care of the body he has given us.

Having said this, I would like to delve into the topic of the prompt which is all about body positivity. Before I continue with the topic, I would like to let us know that body positivity is all about appreciating body structure, being slim or fat. In short, it's a way of appreciating the size, colour, shape, or appearance of the body.

So, for us to maintain our body positivity,  we should all appreciate who God has created us to be and like I used to tell people whenever I'm being criticized or mocked about my skin colour, or the spot on my face. What I used to tell my mocker or those that want to body shame me is that I'm in the perfect image of God and that anybody taller than me is not perfect and anyone shorter than me is not also perfect as I am. 

Although this might also mean I'm body shaming others too, but it's not so as I'm only telling my body mockers that I'm the perfect being with unflinching confidence. 

So, one thing that we should possess as an individual in order to maintain our body positivity is self confidence and this is because it goes a long way in shutting down those people that may want to body shame us.

However, aside from this self confidence, we too as humans must also take good care of our bodies so as to look perfect in the image of God.

Taking care of the body is of utmost importance if we want to maintain our body positivity and this must start with; Eating good and balanced food which has some vegetables, fruit, protein and all other minerals that can be useful in maintaining our body sizes, shapes, appearance and structures.

Also, while we eat good and balanced foods, we should also make sure we eat it as and when due as eating late in the night may not do our body any good.

Furthermore, we must also make sure we exercise our bodies when necessary as this will help us to burn out those things that might want to work against our system and body, thereby making us look healthy and glowing.

In addition, we must also take enough water therapy to maintain body positivity. So, in maintaining our body positivity,  we should not bow to those people that would not say anything good about our body size, color or shape and we must also take good care of our body and carry our body with good confidence.

Not only that, we must make sure we protect our skin from being hurt or bruised by any object. We also make sure we avoid too much stress so as to have good body shape.

In conclusion, body positivity is one thing we must maintain to stay confident and replicate the image of God in us.
