Greetings!
One thing we should all try to prioritize as humans is our health and this is because of the importance of our health to our daily routines and activities.
Aside from this, we should also know that we can only become successful in life when we have good and sound health as this goes a long way to help us make wealth.
No wonder there's a popular saying which says, “health is wealth.” If we look at it very well, we would all realize that it's when we have sound health that we can move up and down, when our health is not as sound as it ought to be, then to make wealth would be difficult for us.
So, without wasting much of our time, I would quickly respond and share my candid opinion on the topic of the prompt, which is all about our mental and physical health.

Having told us the importance of health, I would like to let's know that our mental health has to do with our brain and how we think, act and feel. On the other hand, physical health has to do with our bodily well being where all the organs of the body function perfectly and optimally.
So, looking at both and placing both side by side, one would realize and know for sure that both are of utmost importance to the performance and well being of the individual human being, and as a result, both need to be prioritized for proper effectiveness.
In my own view, the way God created we human is so mysterious that when one organ, being it mental or physical organ is down, then the whole body or mental state is down, so, for this reason, it would be very difficult for any human to function well when both the mental and physical health organs are affected.
Furthermore, the mental state of a man would always help the physical. Our thoughts go a long way in putting our physical organs into action and we humans only act on what we have processed in our brain or mind.
Some time ago, a friend of mine had an accident where his brain was affected and due to this, he could not think nor remember anything and as a result, he couldn't perform any physical activities. It's when his brain was restored that he began to do and perform his physical activities. So, both are inseparable as we can only feel what happened to our bodily organs with our brain or mental system as well.
So, both are of great importance that should not be joked with. The only thing to do with regard to the mental and physical health system is to maintain and manage both very well.
We should not neglect one and face the other as this would not work at all. So, in maintaining and managing both health systems, the first thing is that we should not over stress both our brain which is our mental health system and our body which houses our physical organs.
If we can avoid both being over stressed or over labour, then we are on a pathway to living a healthy life. How can we then overstress both? We can overstress our mental health by thinking too much. One thing about the brain is that it doesn't want us to overload it with too many thoughts.
So, we should endeavor to take things lightly and by doing so, our mental health will remain stable, but once we overburden the brain, then we are writing letters to high BP which could later paralyze the whole body system.
In addition, we should also make sure we take care of our physical health by not overstretching it as well, we should not go beyond our capacity and make sure at the end of the day work, we take care of the body.
Also, if we notice any symptoms of ailments in both our physical and mental system we should not hesitate to visit the nearest hospital for proper checkups as this would go a long way in preventing us from getting sick as prevention is always better than cure.
Other things we should always do to maintain and manage both our mental health are to eat good and balanced diet food, rest very well, most especially when our brain is working tirelessly, we should also make sure we exercise both our physical body and our mental system and take enough water to maintain the body balance.
All these are very important in balancing and managing both our mental and physical health system as both are very important to human development. In conclusion, both the mental and physical health system are very important and we should always make sure we manage and maintain both well for a healthy living.
