Greetings!
The statements, love is blind and love is beautiful are antithetical statements which are opposing each other. Although, both are deep rooted in meaning and moreso, talk about the power of love.
When talking about love, one thing i want us all to know is that, it's not something we can see, the only thing is that we can only feel love and see it in action through our emotions, so, saying love is blind can only be expressed in our feelings and emotions and also, to say love is beautiful, we are only expressing the beauty and the good side of love. Well, I would even say that everything about love is beautiful.
So, having talked so much about love and what it represents, I would like to do justice to the topic which is centered on love.

First and foremost, one thing I have learned all this time about love is that it's beautiful and this is because of what it brings to those who genuinely love others, be it their partners or others.
For someone like me, I would say that I have experienced both the good side and the bad side of love and I can tell you for sure that if we are in a relationship where genuine love is being expressed, we will know what the beauty of love is.
But if we are in a wrong relationship, we will know what's meant by the other statement which says, “love is blind.”
Although this statement which says love is blind can be so ambiguous. It might at some point mean that you see nothing wrong in or with the person you love, both in his or her physical structure or character just because of the genuineness of your love for him or her.
However, it might also mean that of regret. I have in most cases seen people after their failed relationship saying that if not for the fact that love is blind, they wouldn't have gotten married to the person they got married to, I have seen people that said they entered into a relationship because of the love that blindfolded them. All these are evidence to the statement, “love is blind.”
There's an answer to that statement that got me laughing some time ago. There's this friend that gave a reply to the statement. He said, “if love is blind, then marriage would surely be an eye opener.”
In conclusion, if we are talking about the beauty of love, then what we are saying is the comfort and the peace of mind brought about by love, but if we are also talking about the blindness side of love, what's meant by this could be you not seeing anything bad in your partner or you realizing you have made a big mistake loving the fellow.
