Greetings! https://youtu.be/rQoaMWW6OYI?si=CDRcSvMPGkqjrLge The death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ taught us two things and those two things are that we will all die as death is inevitable and that resurrection too is inevitable after death as we cannot escape both.

Acts 17:31  Because he hath appointed a day, in which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

What the above scriptural verse is telling us is that judgement will surely come after death and if we looked at the scriptural verse very well, it would be known to us that there's lessons from the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord.

God cherishes judgment after death so much that he had appointed a day in which he would judge the whole world in righteousness.

Ecclesiastes 8:8  There is no man that hath power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither hath he power on the day of death: and there is no discharge in that war; neither shall wickedness deliver those that are given to it. This scriptural verse made us understand that no one has power to stop death when it comes, which means when it's time to die for an individual, we have no power to stop or control death.

However, we were being told in Proverbs 10:27  The fear of the LORD prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.

What the above scriptural verse means is that,  with the fear of God in us, we can have prolonged days in our lives, but if we exercise wickedness, our days may be shortened.

In conclusion, Bro. Eli has made us understand the reason why we as humans die which is strictly meant for the judgment of the righteousness of the world through which God has set a day for.
