Hello everyone,
Today I thought to myself how mysterious it is that there are different humans on the surface of this earth and there is something totally unique about each individual. It could be their looks, mannerisms, voice, charisma or something else. One thing is for sure each human being has something unique about them and that is one thing I stand strongly by.

Here is the thing, if there is something unique about each individual, that means there is something unique that can be learned from the next person and that is what I like to refer to as the beauty of learning from one another. Just like how I learned something different about the game of chess from each person I met during the course of playing the game. That is how I believe that there is something unique that can be learned from every human out there.
There is a quote from Sheldon Cooper in The Big Bang theory that support this belief of mine and it says
Every stranger out there is an individual I have not made my friend.
Aside from the quote coming from Sheldon Cooper when you wants to go and disturb another person especially a stranger in this context, it still shows his curiosity and zeal to meet the other person. This is one attitude I will encourage people should be inculcate. Become curious to what you could learn from the next person by keeping your mind opened to the possibility that there could be something exciting there.
I look forward to a day where people of different ethnicity and culture come together more often than never to share a common bond, something like what happens at a viewing center for a football match. At the giving time of the match, no matter you come from does not matter as long as you are supporting the same, that is what matters. This is why world cup win is a thing of pride and joy for the winning nation. Like when the Nigerian women won the Women African Cup of Nation, it was a thing of joy for us as a nation as especially.
There is simply a beauty that comes when you meet somebody for the first time probably at an outing and you get to engage with them and learn a thing or two about them and depending on how the conversation goes, it could learn more about their family. I remember meeting a family man at a barbeque outing in the neighborhood. We were talking over a bottle of beer or two, I do not want to spill the number. Then he shared a deep truth with me. He said his life on earth is mainly for his family. He works hard, makes as much money as possible and just for one thing, for my family to live a better life.
This is what stuck with me the most. The man is a successful businessman but he still attributes his existence to the well being of his family. This is truly inspiring. Knowing that you are living a purpose driven life just for a single group of people, family. Ever since my encounter with the man, I began to see as a human it can be inspiring to live a purposeful driven life through the provision and taking care of others. This is what it is like to have the beauty of learning from one another.
