Hola amigos, como están? El día de hoy les traigo una nueva receta, muy sencilla de hacer y que nos servira para acompañar cualquier almuerzo.

Ingredientes:

• 500gr de carne molida • 700gr de papa • ajo • Cebollin • Orégano • Sal • Pimienta • 200gr pan rallado

Hello friends, how are you? Today I bring you a new recipe, very simple to do and that will serve us to accompany any lunch.

Ingredients:

• 500gr of ground beef • 700gr of potato • Garlic • Cebolin • Oregano • Salt • Pepper • 200GR Grated bread

Lo primero es cocinar la papa hasta que se ablande y la podamos triturar como un pure.

The first thing is to cook the potato until it softens and we can mash it like a puree.

Luego agarramos la carne y en ella echamos el cebollin, sal, pimienta, orégano, ajo y el pan rallado; estos ingredientes bien picados para que se mezclen muy bien.

Then we take the meat and in it we add the chives, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and the breadcrumbs; these ingredients well chopped so that they mix very well.

Cuanto tengamos este preparado, le agregamos el pure de papa y seguimos revolviendo muy bien, debe quedar toda la mezcla perfectamente distribuida.

When we have this prepared, we add the potato puree and continue stirring very well, the entire mixture should be perfectly distributed.

Para finalizar se hacen bolitas con esta masa, de un tamaño moderado, no tan grandes ni tan pequeñas, despues se pone a precalentar el aceite y cuando este en su punto medio se ponen a fritar nuestras bolitas de carne con pure.

Finally, balls are made with this dough, of a moderate size, not so big or so small, then the oil is preheated and when it is at its midpoint, our meat balls with puree are fried.

Este es el resultado final, yo le eche un poco de cilantro por encima para darle un toque mas decorativo y ese sabor particular; espero les haya gustado y puedan hacerlo en sus casas.
