Hoy realice unos sabrosos patacones venezolanos.

Today I made some tasty Venezuelan patacones.
INGREDIENTES: * 3 plátanos. * Bistec (sofrito en tiritas) * Queso. * Repollo. * Una taza de aceite. * Un tomate en rodaja. * Salsa de tomate.
INGREDIENTS: * 3 plantains. * Steak (stir-fried in strips). * Cheese. * Cabbage. * One cup of oil. * One sliced tomato. * Tomato sauce.
Pelamos los plátanos, lo cortamos en 2, sofreímos a fuego lento, lo sacamos.
Peel the plantains, cut into 2, fry over low heat, remove.
En una tabla colocamos un plastico, lo colocamos y lo aplastamos con una tabla, luego lo ponemos a sofreír hasta que queden doraditos , le echamos la carne.
On a board we place a plastic, we place it and crush it with a board, then we put it to fry until they are golden brown, we add the meat.
El repollo, el tomate, salsa de tomate, queso, y le colocamos la otra capa.
The cabbage, tomato, tomato sauce, cheese, and we place the other layer.
