Resilience is Female – But Not Always Polite

There is a kind of strength that doesn’t roar. It doesn’t wear power suits or chase applause. It is quieter, older, and deeply rooted in the body. It comes from women who keep going, even when life keeps pulling the ground away from beneath their feet.

I work with trauma. I live neurodivergence. I raised children while healing myself. I left the life I built to find one that actually feels like mine.

They told me resilience is about endurance. But I know now – resilience is about returning.

Returning to your truth. Returning to your body. Returning to the life you were meant to live before the world told you how to perform.

I’m here now. Not to impress, but to connect. Not to teach, but to witness and be witnessed.

If you’re walking your own path of re-becoming, if your softness has teeth, and your clarity makes others uncomfortable – you’re not alone.

Resilience is female. But not always polite.
