The Cost of Perpetual Survival by just Living in this constant state of "just getting by" takes a heavy toll on one's Mental Health with Chronic stress which fuels anxiety, depression, hopelessness, and emotional exhaustion which often leads to Physical Health Neglected nutrition, lack of exercise, and poor sleep patterns contribute to long-term health problems and inverently to our Relationships. Stress and exhaustion strain connections with partners family and friends by reducing the Quality of time as one spend most of the time struggle to make ends meets which make time for other activities to becomes scarce. Living by the day has cause alot of Lost Potential for alot of youths today with Dreams, passions, creativity, and personal growth been sidelined as they can't even afford their basic needs take more of their wants as Life becomes purely functional, devoid of joy or fulfillment.
Sometimes in our subconsciousness we tend to switch the Shifting the Narrative from Surviving to Thriving (Even a Little) just to Breaking free from pure survival mode isn't about a magical overnight solution as self affirmation or positive thinking it requires great mindset as It's about small, intentional shifts to reclaim agency and well-being of the affairs of one's life in actualizating his or her dreams or existence.
