This is the benefit of living in a community.
After decorating our homes and illuminating diyas at home, we join in the common area to celebrate as a community, and burst fire crackers. As all the cars are parked inside, high impact crackers, rockets are prohibited in this area and only non-bursting crackers like sparklers, flower pots etc are allowed. And our gorgeous ladies take this opportunity to get dressed pretty well, adding glamor to these events and spend a nice time exchanging happy moments - the true benefit of living in a community and real socialization to enjoy the event as a group.

Colorful lights were put all over the society to celebrate the triumph of light over darkness and the very first thing that is done in the evening is to illuminate diyas in the temple, seeking the blessing from the almighty, igniting our faith.
Every year, we as a family first go to the temple and seek blessings by igniting a sparkler - let the diving presence safeguard everyone - I strongly believe in the diving touch and teach kids to follow these practices.
Our gorgeous ladies utilized all opportunity to have some nice memoirs captured, so let me take you through a photographic journey of the evening. My camera is not very good in capturing nice shots in dark, so every time, we tried to have someone light up a flower pot and ready with the pose beforehand. As the flower pot remained for few seconds, we captured multiple shots but let me present you some of the best ones of the evening.
We did not want to be missed out from the fun, so asked the boy to capture the gents as well.
Now let me present some family pics, our daughter always in the lead this year.
This year, we reduced our spend on crackers, to less than 3k, almost a fifty percent cut.
As a Safety precautionary measure, I ensure, the kids wear cotton dress and synthetic fabrics are strictly prohibited - these small measures matter a lot at times which they need to learn.
And this new building in our front was nicely decorated, so we got a nice background to capture some fascinating images.
And to close the evening, we had this 30 shots, look at the fascinating name.
I was present to ensure, it was illuminated under my guidance - we need to always put safety first and closely monitor kids in these events.
And here is the best pic of the evening, do you agree ?
Shot with SONY α6400 with 18-135 mm Zoom Lens
These are some of the best pics out of few hundred captures. Here is a small video that I prepared for our community - these memoirs will cherish our memories forever.
