Dussehra or Vijayadashami is a major festival for us, which starts the festive mode along with Winter and on this occasion, we do worship our vehicles on this occasion (yes, it's our cultural tradition) seeking blessings from the Goddess for safety and longevity, protecting it from accidents. Like Dussehra symbolizes the victory of good over evil, worshiping the vehicle symbolizes the victory of human ingenuity and effort, the vehicles being the crucial aids for our life and work. So this gives an opportunity once in a year to clean the vehicle to our best ability and from last few years, I have been going to the PDL Auto Hub, that's near to my native.
Recently a new service center has been opened just 50 meters away from my house at native and they provide very cheap service - just 200 rupees for car wash and my friend recommended me to go there. But I have had bad experiences in the past, which cost me very badly, because after service at such a cheap place, all plucks got damaged ( shut) and I had to spend a lot of money and time to fix that.
But from last two years, I have been very satisfied with PDL Auto Hub, even though they charge more - 500 rupees for plain wash and 1400 rupees for premium service, that includes cleaning of all interiors including seats, engine.
I believe business is more about trust and professionalism and commitment of service quality earns that trust over a long period of time and that is the reason, they are growing nicely to extend their back side with a massive facility.
They have this nice waiting area service tea / coffee, where I sat and they perfectly took care of cleaning the vehicle, without the need of me supervising them.
I just went once to check by when they will complete and they were committed to deliver in couple of hours. And now look at the service quality :
I felt the money was worth the service and they also offered a towel as goody.
They offer these premium services and I will take them for sure, if I buy a new car. One of my friend bought a car yesterday ( yes buying a car on Dussehra is considered auspicious) and I have recommended him to go for this.
And I did utilize the nearby service center to clean my scooty, a full diesel wash at just 100 rupees.
This was before wash.
And this was after - this was purchased for Dad and serves my commuting purpose in the local - driving a car there is painful. I kept it ready and came back, so that Mom can worship - it's a tradition that we don't miss - everything is based on our belief.
