Today, I want to share with you my pencil drawing of the "E102 Chase" Rising Star NFT card.
First, I drew the sketch of Chase by estimating the heas and shoulder positions. After I got the right proportions for the head and shoulders, I continued to draw the sketch of her waist, hands and legs. It was a challenge for me to get his hand position right and the sizes right when drawing Chase Sketch. I did this as best I could.
After finishing the sketch, I started with his head to draw the detailed shading. I had to be very careful with the head shading drawing. I especially had to slowly draw the shadows where the mustache areas meets the face.
Then, I drew the shading for his coat, hand, and other parts. After establishing the base shading, I made adjustments to balance the light and dark areas. This is the main focus of this pencil drawing. Then, I continued drawing the background. Finally I finished my pencil drawing of E102 Chase.
