Amemos juntos la paz.

​ Greetings to all my friends in the @holos-lotus community. It's so good for me to stop by and tell you a little about the situation I experienced, which is now a thing of the past. ​ ​ ​ After the flood, I was able to see through social media, and even when I was able to come by my house for a walk, the number of pigs in my community. All of this made me uneasy because of the unpleasant smells their breeding creates. In light of this situation, I felt the need to seek help from government agencies to eradicate this situation and seek the well-being of my family and my community. ​ ​ Having peace is important to me and my loved ones—my son-in-law, my grandchildren, my mother, my neighbors, my family in general. We all deserve peace of mind. And since I returned home, I've been trying to fill my space with plants, reclaim my space, make our home more pleasant, and not only seek that well-being for myself, but also for those around me. ​ ​ ​  ​ ​ ​ Many neighbors are affected by odors that pollute the environment. We are all affected, but no one has taken the initiative to seek support. According to decree number 2,533 of 2016, "This is the key legal instrument that regulates pig farming in Venezuela. It establishes the need for production systems to be non-polluting and under a sanitary control regime." We are a small community and we have justices of the peace who are responsible for providing solutions in the best possible way for our well-being. ​ ​ ​ By seeking help, I'm not disturbing anything that isn't deserved by us as people. Peace begins at home, and by requesting support from justices of the peace, I'm seeking to enforce the laws in an environment where there are many homes with young children and the elderly, and the amount of pig farming is staggering. ​ ​  ​ ​ I think laws should be respected and we shouldn't evade animal breeding regulations. We should be empathetic with our neighbors and not disrupt their peace. Bad smells are not good for anyone. If there are pollutants, we should avoid them. And by asking for help, I'm not creating problems, but rather seeking solutions for myself and all the residents of my community. ​ Anyone who breeds these animals must have empathy and understand that they harm others while seeking profit for themselves. This type of practice disrupts peace because it creates unrest, discomfort, and disrupts the peaceful coexistence of families who can't even go out into their yards because the unpleasant odors are unbearable. ​  ​ ​ In our friend @miriannalis's post, which talks about the peace we desire and must seek internally, and when we want peace for others, we must first seek it within ourselves, in several of my posts I told you how my house was surrounded by water. When I returned to clean it with my family, the reality I found made me reflect and think about myself, my neighbors, and seek, with the help of the entity in charge, to achieve that peace and tranquility for everyone without affecting anyone.
