Getting deeper into cryptography

I've always had curiosity about cryptography, but never had the initiative of looking deeply for content online. One of the things that keeps bothering me is Quantum Computing and how vulnerable all blockchain systems can be when it becomes a reality. Yesterday, while listening to a podcast, I learned about this web site full of cryptography resources as well as the link to get the book from Cristof Paar and his team mates.

After browsing the content for a while and watching the first minutes of the first lecture in the youtube channel I decided to get the book and start reading it.

I've gone over the first chapter only but I am enjoying how they describe and explain the concepts which are not hard to understand by those having a technological background. I will probably watch some of the videos as believe knowledge is one of the best protections against digital privacy attacks. A also like to see, little by little how the crypto community is starting to work on ways to protect when quantum computing becomes a reality.

All in all, a fantastic and entertaining new resource to dive into a new rabbit hole!
