Discovering Kendra's Strengths at BrainFit Studio Cebu

 As moms, we always want the best for our kids — not just in school, but in every aspect of their growth. I’ve always believed that each child learns differently, and I was curious to see how my daughter Kendra could be guided in unlocking her potential. That’s why our recent visit to BrainFit Studio Cebu turned into such an eye-opening journey for both of us. 🌟 The Smart Workout Adventure Walking into BrainFit, I could already sense the excitement in Kendra’s eyes. She was about to try her very first Smart Workout — a program designed to train both the body and the mind. She started with the Train Your Body activities, where her coordination and movement were put to the test. With the guidance of the kind and beautiful teachers, Kendra was all smiles as she worked her way through the exercises. Then came the Train Your Mind part — a series of fun yet challenging activities that tested her focus, intelligence, and problem-solving skills. Seeing her so engaged and determined warmed my heart.    Mom on Duty: The CogMap Intake Interview While Kendra was busy, I had my own “workout” too — answering the CogMap intake interview questions. This step was designed to help BrainFit understand her learning needs on a deeper level. Later, Teacher Kynah carefully explained the pre-assessment results, which honestly didn’t surprise me at all.   It turns out that penmanship isn’t exactly Kendra’s strong suit ✍️, but when it comes to sports and ball activities 🏀, she really shines. As a mom, it was reassuring to see her strengths validated and her challenges identified in such a clear and supportive way. Back for More: The CogMap Test The following weekend, we returned for Kendra’s CogMap test. This more detailed assessment will give us an even clearer picture of her cognitive profile. The results will be shared after a week and explained through Zoom, which I appreciate since it gives me the chance to fully understand the report from the comfort of home.
