Aquí les va mi historia con los budines y es que su magia consiste en soñar con ser de la realeza e invitar a tus amigas a la hora del té o simplemente imaginar que estas en el país de Alicia y pasar un momento increíble con los personajes enigmáticos de la versión de Tim Burton como Alicia frente al Espejo. Darle un poco de crédito a la filosofía de la vida y a la búsqueda personal de cada quién es justo lo que me gusta de esta escena además de anexar un toque de magia, color y sin duda otro toque de locura. #  En lo particular me encanta soñar en los valles de la mente y recrear un mundo fantástico para así llevarlo a mi realidad entonces hacer de la vida así como su transitar un poco más divertida y amena. Mientras en la cocina se impregna el delicioso aroma a budín ya puedes imaginar la mesa con una merienda casera del tipo inglesa. Les comento que me encanta compartir recetas que no sean tan complicadas y con pocos pasos, es por eso que los budines son los postres estrellas en la pasarela o la alfombra roja del té.  > A tal fin que no se hable más y vayamos a prepararnos para la hora del té, hacerlo desde nuestro lugar favorito para comer y junto al horno, disfrutando como se debe… Esta receta la ajusté un poco a mis posibilidades para que el budín quedara con su humedad pero sin perder un poquito su suavidad hasta quedar esponjoso.  # ____  #  1. Precalienta el horno a 180ºC. 2. Mezcla la zanahoria, los huevos, la leche, el azúcar, el aceite y la ralladura de naranja. En otro tazón combina la harina, el polvo para hornear y la sal. Mi secreto es agregar la harina en 3 partes y en la última mezclarla con la zanahoria rallada 3. Poner la mezcla del budín de zanahoria en una budinera o molde tipo budín inglés y enharinada, cocinar por 50 minutos o hasta que al introducir un palillo salga seco.
