People today are just looking forward to getting their things done in which ever we it is going to be possible and there also not very rigid in their approach which is also making them even more different than what the previous generation was because in the previous era people used to be very much loyal in which aver company that they are in and even if they could get better opportunities they were never switching which is something that can't even be imagined today.
People have the misconception that the current generation is lazy because they have very different work styles in comparison to how they used to work. After all, previously people used to be working very hard and tried to get things done in the most tested manner, but now people are looking forward to having some different approaches, which is making them more productive, and also getting flexible and having a simple approach towards achieving the desired outcome, rather than following the set rules.
People also believe that the current generation is too much Reliance on technology as well and also I'll someone who are not going to be having anything to do if technology is taken away from them but at the same time they need to understand the fact that the devices that we use today I also something that have become a tool which used to be different in the past as there were a lot of such tools in the park that were very much useful such as typewriters and other things and with the evolution Where are new tools which we can see today in terms of Technology used devices.
Hard work in the current generation has completely got redefined because people today are working very hard as well but at the same time of and get misunderstood because they are not following the definition which used to be of hard work in the past and that is why it is a myth that the current generation is very much lazy and less hard working but in reality it is not the case don't let me that I changed are the definitions with respect to hard work.
In the end all of the stereotypes and misconceptions that are existing with the current generation is something that is obviously a very big prove of a very big misunderstanding that people have with the current generation because this bunch of people is definitely very much different in comparison to what people use to be in the previous generation but at the same time they are doing their things in their own way which is making an special as well along with the fan but they are also involved in a lot of things but just a little bit different in comparison to what previously existed.
