Greetings, community. I hope everyone is well, enjoying optimal health and enjoying the closeness of beloved family members. In this Week 209 in which our recent spotlight artist @nathcy proposes "Love" as a theme.

I want to share with you the song "Mi Plegaria" by César Rodas from Guatemala. It is a song that, from the simplicity of its lyrics, expresses great love, using a poetic image to illustrate it, comparing it to "A clear spring from which crystal drops flow."

As a nice note, I will tell you that here in Venezuela there are some songs that we know more from the lyrics at the beginning than from their real title. Many people when listening to "My prayer" (Mi plegaria) will say "I don't even know that song" since we know it simply as "If in the blue night." So in any meeting where someone arrives with a cuatro or a guitar, if they are in "romantic mode" there will be no shortage of people asking them to play "Si en la noche azul" (Ir in the blue night)

En esta Semana 209 en la cual nuestra reciente artista destacada @nathcy nos propone como temática "Love" (Amor). Este es el rey de todos los temas ya que, junto con la fe, es lo más bello y grande que tenemos en el mundo.

Todo lo que hacemos con amor sale bien, la mayoría de nuestros problemas se originan por la falta de amor. Cuando amamos cuidamos. Si amamos a la Pachamama no la dáñamos, no la contaminados, no.la destruidos

Nuestro Señor Jesucristo resumió toda la ley hebrea en sólo dos puntos: "Amarás al Señor tu Dios, con todo tu corazón, con toda tu alma y con todas tus fuerzas y a tu prójimo como a tí mismo"

Y es que, si nos ponemos a ver, si amáramos a nuestro prójimo como a nosotros mismos... no se necesitarían las leyes. Nadie robaria. Usariamos sólo cortinas. No necesitaríamos puertas, ni ventanas, ni rejas... ¿Para qué? ¡Qué diferente sería el mundo...solo con amor!

Es una canción que, desde la simplicidad de su letra, expresa un gran amor, utilizando una imagen poética para ilustrarlo, comparándolo con "Un claro manantial de donde brotan gotas de cristal"

Como nota simpática les diré que acá en Venezuela hay algunas canciones que conocemos más por la letra de su inicio que por su título real. Muchísimas personas al escuchar "Mi plegaria" le dirán "Ni conozco esa canción" ya que la conocemos simplemente como "Si en la noche azul". Así que en cualquier reunión donde llegue alguien con un cuatro o una guitarra, si se está en "modo romántico" no faltará quien le pida que toque "Si en la noche azul"
