Un gran saludo a todos los músicos que integran la gran familia de Hive Open Mic, deseo que tengan salud, alegría y paz y que Dios les conceda ver el éxito en todas sus metas.
En esta semana 238 el tema que se nos propone es "Darkness" (Oscuridad), recordé la canción "Penumbras" de Sandro, pero no menciona la oscuridad, sólo "la noche". Entonces mi estimado amigo @orlandobello me sugirió que interpretara "Un gato en la oscuridad" de Roberto Carlos.
Cantar una canción de Roberto Carlos, el inigualable cantautor brasileño es algo demasiado especial para mí. Esas melodías hermosas, esas líricas llenas de romanticismo y su peculiar timbre de voz están asociados también a muchos recuerdos gratos de mi infancia y a mi admiración por un artista que en sus ochenta años sigue activo ¡Y realizando giras de país en país!
¿Nota anecdótica? Nunca menciona la oscuridad... sólo nombra la noche. Pero acá vamos... esperando que sea de vuestro agrado.

A big greeting to all the musicians who make up the great Hive Open Mic family, I wish you health, joy and peace and that God grants you success in all your goals.
In this week 283 the theme proposed to us is "Darkness", I remembered the song "Penumbras" by Sandro, but it does not mention darkness, only "the night". Then my dear friend @orlandobello suggested that I perform "A cat in the dark" by Roberto Carlos.
Singing a song by Roberto Carlos, the incomparable Brazilian singer-songwriter, is something too special for me. Those beautiful melodies, those lyrics full of romanticism and his peculiar timbre of voice are also associated with many pleasant memories of my childhood and my admiration for an artist who in his eighties is still active and touring from country to country!
Anecdotal note? The song never mentions the darkness...it only names the night. But here we go... hoping you like it.
