Does Eating 6 Whole Eggs a Day, for 3 Months, Hurt Cholesterol?

The results after a blood test are found below!

Here are some of the packages the eggs came in:

I've eaten more eggs in 2018 than I have in my entire life before that added together...

Nearly everyone (except @beograd), thought my cholesterol would be super unhealthy and that in eating all these eggs I was asking for trouble.

The results:

ALL within super healthy ranges, and my triglycerides were so low it was impossible to measure my LDL Cholesterol (the kind that fertilizes the future for a heart attack).

Now, obviously everyone is different, and these anecdotal results don't give anyone the green light on gorfing down as many eggs as they can fit in their face; but it's interesting to see that my levels are as healthy as they are given the volume of eggs eaten.

So there it is!

Up next:

We'll get those DNA tests cracked open and see how they match up to find out which one is the best!

Thanks for reading!
