Intro

Halfway down the stairs at the middle is a platform that is very close to the waterfall. There, one is completely soaked within a few minutes and therefore the stay there is only appropriate for seconds. I'll take you there with my photos and let you safely participate in the spectacle of nature. The water rushes down here in free fall with a deafening crash onto the next rock section.

Mitten auf halber Strecke nach unten ist eine Plattform die sehr nah am Wasserfall angebracht ist. Dort ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten vollkommen durchnässt und desshalb ist der Aufenthalt dort nur für Sekunden angebracht. Mit meinen Fotos bringe ich euch dorthin und lasse euch gefahrlos teilhaben am Spektakel der Natur. Das Wasser rauscht hier im freien Fall mit ohrenbetäubendem Krach nach unten auf die nächste Felspartie.

A rainbow even reflects in the light, and it is easy to see that it forms behind the waterfront.

Im Licht reflektiert sogar ein Regenbogen, gut zu sehen ist, dass er hinter der Wasserfront entsteht.

One of the rare moments when I was able to photograph myself. Since I had set up the tripod anyway to take the next pictures, it was only a matter of time before I decided to do it.

Eines der seltenen Momente in denen ich mich selber fotographieren konnte. Da ich das Stativ ja sowieso aufgebaut hatte um die nächsten Bilder zu machen war es nur eine Frage der Zeit bis ich mich dazu entschloss.

Long exposures / Langzeitbelichtungen

Now the magic begins! All the small waterfalls in the waterfall only become visible through the long exposures.

Nun beginnt die Magie! Die ganzen kleinen Wasserfälle im Wasserfall werden erst durch die langen Belichtungen sichtbar.

Deep below me you can see another platform that is even closer to the waterfall, but almost nobody dares to go there! We will explore it in the next article.

Tief unter mir ist eine weitere Plattform zu sehen die noch näher am Wasserfall angebracht ist, dort traut sich aber fast niemand hin! Wir werden es im nächsten Artikel erkunden.
