Er war wirklich da – live und in Farbe! @borsengelaber beehrte Wien und war beim HIVE-Stammtisch am 11.09.2025 mit dabei. Interessanterweise fiel mir erst später auf, dass wir uns an genau jenem Tag trafen, an dem vor 24 Jahren die Welt eine andere wurde...
Das tat der Stimmung keinen Abbruch – im Gegenteil: Wir hatten spannende Gespräche, vor allem über das Proposal, das wir derzeit gemeinsam ausarbeiten.
Die Grundidee: Das Onboarding neuer User attraktiver und lohnender zu gestalten, damit der Anreiz steigt, HIVE weiterzuempfehlen. Im Fokus steht dabei, bestehende Möglichkeiten wie die Referrer-Programme von Peakd, Ecency, Inleo & Co. auszubauen. Gleichzeitig soll das Interface vereinfacht, Kräfte gebündelt und das Ganze als Proposal eingereicht werden. Dazu zählen auch Ideen wie Marketing-Maßnahmen, Webinare und vieles mehr.
Natürlich gehen die Meinungen auseinander:
- Wie können wir das realistisch umsetzen?
- Welcher Anreiz ist wirklich notwendig?
- Und will die Community das überhaupt?
Klar ist: Wir haben (noch) keine fertigen Antworten. Aber allein, sich ernsthaft Gedanken darüber zu machen, tun die wenigsten. Denn was bringen all die großartigen Apps, Projekte und Communities, wenn wir stagnieren und kaum Wachstum in der Community selbst haben?
@vikisecrets brachte ein, dass neue Investoren entscheidend wären – während ich der Meinung bin: Ohne eine starke Community kommen keine Investoren.
Ein konkretes Ergebnis gab es wie so oft nicht. Aber schon allein die Tatsache, dass wir uns intensiv über HIVE, die Community dahinter und das Thema Wachstum austauschen, zeigt, dass wir auf dem richtigen Weg sind.
👉 Was meint ihr? Was könnte man besser machen? Welche Ideen sollen wir beim nächsten Mal mitnehmen? Lasst uns Kräfte bündeln, Ideen sammeln und daraus etwas Konkretes entwickeln.
Vielen Dank auch an @condeas für die großzügige Spende! Die 100 HIVE wurden wie folgt verteilt: 6 Personen erhielten jeweils 10 HIVE, und 40 HIVE gingen an @hive-199963/.

That didn’t affect the mood – quite the opposite! We had inspiring conversations, especially about the proposal we’re currently working on together.
The core idea: Make onboarding new users more attractive and rewarding, so the incentive to recommend HIVE increases. The plan is to expand existing tools like the referral programs from Peakd, Ecency, Inleo & Co., simplify the interface, pool resources, and submit proposals. This also includes marketing activities, webinars, and more.
Of course, opinions differ:
- How can we realistically implement this?
- What kind of incentives are truly needed?
- And does the community even want this?
One thing is clear: we don’t have all the answers yet. But the truth is, very few people even stop to think about this at all. Because what’s the point of all the great apps, projects, and communities if growth in the HIVE community itself stagnates?
@vikisecrets pointed out that new investors are important, while I believe that without a strong community, no investors will come.
As usual, we didn’t reach a final conclusion. But the fact that we’re having these conversations about HIVE, the community behind it, and growth shows we’re heading in the right direction.
