Hello Actifitters and Clean Planet Community,
Today i went for a run in the morning. The weather was very nice and the sun came out. After a warm up i did a 5 km run in zone 3 and a 2 km cool down. After that i took a shower and i prepared myself to have lunch with my girlfriends and her father. In the afternoon i was watching Netflix before i went for a quick walk in the afternoon. During my walk i picked up the trash that i found and put it in the trash bin. Now i am watching Formula 1 and enjoy my evening befor i am going to bed.
