Cheesy Vegetable Pizza
This is an Italian recipe but is popular all over the world. Many types of toppings are made to make pizza. Pizza is equally liked by all generations, whether 7 years old or 60 years old. This is a classic recipe.
Ingredients :-
1) Pizza base - 8
2) Mayannaise - 8 tsp
3) Pizza sauce - 1 cup
4) Onion - 5 finely chopped
5) Tomatoes - 5 finely chopped
6) Capsicum - 5 finely chopped
7) Sweet corn - 1 cup boiled
8) Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
9) Processed cheese - 7 cubes
10) Mixed herbs - 4 tsp
11) Oregano - 4 tsp
12) Peri-peri masala - 2 T spoon 13) Chili flakes- 4 tsp 14) Cabbage- finely chopped 15) Chat masala- 1 tsp
Method- Firstly wash all the vegetables (onion, tomato, capsicum, cabbage) and chop them finely and boil the sweet corn
Mix these vegetables and add (pizza sauce, mixed herbs, peri-peri masala, chat masala, chili flakes) to it
Mix it well
Now take a pizza base and spread mayonnaise on it
And spread the pizza sauce well
Then put the prepared vegetables on it and spread them well
Now put some grated mozzarella cheese and some processed cheese on it as per your choice
Then bake it in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes
When the pizza is baked well Then remove from oven and add chilli flakes, oregano as per your choice
and add tomato sauce and eat and serve
