Coconut sandwich is a delicious and nutritious snack or light meal especially for those who like coconut. It is easy to make and takes very less time. It is rich in protein. Coconut contains nutrients like calcium and vitamin A which are beneficial for the health of bones and eyes.
Ingredients:-
1) Fresh coconut- 1 cup
2) Sour curd- 1 cup
3) Paneer- 1/2 cup
4) Green chilli- 8-9
5) Coriander leaves- finely chopped
6) Salt- 1 tsp
7) Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
9) Mustard- 2 tsp
9) Ghee or butter-
10) Bread slices
11) Ginger- finely grated piece
Method:-
Take a fresh coconut and cut it into small pieces.
Now put curd in a grinder jar and
Add chopped coconut, green chillies and
Grind it and put it in a bowl and add (grated) Paneer, ginger,
salt, black pepper
and coriander leaves)
Add it and mix it well to make a thick mixture
Now to make the sandwich, cut the bread slices into round shape with the help of any cutter
And apply coconut mixture on it and spread it well
Place the piece on it and press it with your hands.
Now heat the pan and apply some ghee or butter and add mustard seeds on it. Then place the sandwich on the pan and roast it till it turns brown.
Fry it till it turns brown on both the sides.
In this way, prepare all the sandwiches from the mixture. You can use any bread of your choice here.
Eat and feed the sandwiches with sauce or green chutney
