Kaju anjeer thick shake

Cashews and figs are both very beneficial for health. Eating them soaked together increases their benefits. Both are rich in protein.

Ingredients:-

1) Cashews - 1/2 cup

2) Figs - 12 pieces

3) Milk - 3 glasses

4) Sugar - 5 tsp

5) Vanilla ice cream - 4 scoops

6) Cashew pieces - for garnishing

Method:-

First of all, soak cashews and figs in water for 3-4 hours !

So that both of them become soft and you can easily prepare a paste

Then remove them from the water and put them in a grinder jar In this (sugar and milk )

Put it in the mixture and grind it well

Now keep it in the fridge to cool for 2 hours

Take out the cashew fig milkshake from the fridge Pour it into a glass and add vanilla ice cream on top Add some pieces of cashew nuts and garnish as per your choice and serve This is very tasty

It gets ready in a very short time and is at the top in taste
