Kulfi is a traditional Indian frozen dessert which is made by adding dry fruits in milk and mawa. It is liked by everyone in summers or it can also be called a cold dessert.
Ingredients:-
1) Milk- 1 liter
2) Mawa- 100 grams
3) Fresh cream:- 100 grams
4) Sugar:- 150 grams powdered
5) Corn flour- 2 teaspoons
6) Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon
7) Dry fruits- according to taste
8) Saffron- a few seeds
9) Kewda essence- 2 drops
10) Rose water- 1 teaspoon
11) Ice cream stick- as required
Method:-
First of all, keep the full cream milk to heat.
And add sugar too
Keep 1/2 cup of milk aside and add 2 teaspoons of cornflour to it and mix it in the boiling milk
Keep stirring continuously
So that it does not stick to the vessel, then grate the mawa and mix it in the milk
At the same time add cardamom powder, saffron,
Add dry fruits and fry them till 10 minutes. Boil it for a minute, turn off the gas and leave it to cool completely. Now add cream,
kevda essence and rose water and beat it with the help of bitters for 2 minutes.
and now pour the mixture into the kulfi mould. After putting
Let it set
When it is half set, put a stick in the mold so that it sets after freezing
Keep it in the fridge for 8 hours. After it sets, keep the mold outside or in a vessel of water for some time and take out the Kulfi easily.
