It is enough to see her just once to desire her for life, you will love her like the tastiest candy and you will be anxious to eat her completely and leave nothing... But she will never be within your reach and you will always have to settle for seeing her from below as you admire it on its pedestal.
Those who already know me know that I like Pop Art and Color, I constantly present a range of colors in my work and try to include as many tones as possible without incurring in saturation and bad taste.
In the pieces that I have been working on recently, you can also see my current interest in portraiture and the human figure.
For this occasion I wanted to present a type of character that is fantastic and unusual in my work, a colorful diva with a look that seems to come from a candy store.
However, despite her striking hair I have foregrounded the details of her face and the demarcation of her clavicle bone.
I love adding these details to the work, for me they work as guide lines that invite the viewer to walk through the entire image.
