The first episode is free to listen to and can be listened to on Spotify. I didn't have an account, but it's easy to create one for free. I had some problems because playback wasn't working in my browser, and I had to install the Windows app; it only takes a few seconds.
Before reading my review of this episode, I invite you to listen to it first. It's an auditory experience designed to stimulate your imagination, and it would be a shame if yours were polluted by mine. It's only 4 minutes and 15 minutes long. I hope you've listened to this episode; if not, too bad, I'll give you my impression. I use the word "impression" because that's what it's all about: the soundtrack acts on you like light on a photographic plate.
As the title suggests, this is the awakening of what I consider a character, an avatar. And this awakening is difficult; he tosses and turns in bed, fighting with the sheets, which he violently crumples. It must be said that he's hurting himself because he turns on the radio and swaps frequencies, which send back even greater violence. A television seems to be on in another room or apartment during his ablutions; this time is calmer, but it's not my favorite part. The ending, which corresponds to the exit from the relative calm of the apartment via the elevator, ending with a buildup of intensity in the din of the street, is my favorite part. It reminds me of scenes from films like The Fifth Element or Blade Runner. One could also imagine an expatriate or an agent in Pakistan; that's what immediately came to mind. As I was expecting something more musical, I find that there is a lack of continuity in the rhythm, I would have liked to see a musical theme developing throughout the episode with a tempo that accelerates to end in a sort of explosion when the character arrives in the street, but this is a very subjective opinion.

J'espère que vous avez écouté cet épisode, sinon tant pis je me lance pour donner mon impression. J'utilise le mot impression car c'est de cela qu'il s'agit, la bande son agit sur vous comme la lumière sur une plaque photographique.
Comme le titre l'indique il s'agit du réveil de ce que je considère comme un personnage, un avatar. Et ce réveil est difficile, il s'agite dans le lit, se battant avec les draps qu'il froisse avec violence. Il faut dire qu'il se fait du mal tout seul car il branche la radio et swape les fréquences qui lui renvoient une violence encore plus grande. Une télévision semble allumée dans une autre pièce ou un autre appartement pendant ses ablutions, ce temps est plus calme mais ce n'est pas la partie que je préfère. La fin qui correspond à la sortie du calme relatif de l'appartement en passant par l'ascenseur pour aboutir avec une montée en puissance vers le vacarme de la rue est la partie que je préfère. Ca me renvoie à des scènes de films tels que le 5° Element ou Blade Runner, on peut imaginer aussi un expatrié ou un agent au Pakistan, c'est ce qui m'est venu de suite à l'esprit. Comme je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus musical, je trouve qu'il manque une continuité dans le rythme, j'aurais bien vu un thème musical se développant tout au long de l'épisode avec un tempo qui s'accélère pour aboutir à une sorte d'explosion quand le personnage arrive dans la rue, mais c'est un avis très subjectif.
