Stellar Blade - Two Choices, Two Endings [ENG/ESP]

This chapter will be a bit different from all the ones I've done about Stellar Blade. Basically because the game has 2 endings, and after getting one of them, it gives you the possibility to load the game to get the second ending. And although one of the endings seems to me much, much better than the other, it occurred to me to show both of them in the final post of my adventure.  So, on the last day we arrived at the final camp. We are inside the nest of Naytibas and our objective is to finish with the supreme Naytiba. We will only need to advance a few steps to reach the big stage, where the supreme Naytiba will be waiting for us. To no one's surprise, Adam will be in the center of this stage. In the previous chapters it was already more or less obvious that Adam would have something to do with this.  Adam will begin to tell us that he is the supreme Naytiba, but that unlike ordinary Naytibas or alphas, he has not succumbed to his wild instincts. He will tell us that he has been researching for decades to end the struggle between humans and Naytibas. He believes the solution is the two of us; He, a Naytiba who retained his humanity and EVE, an android with the most advanced body in existence.  He will offer us a deal: Merge with him. Here we will have to choose and, as you can imagine, depending on what we do, we will have one ending or another. In my case, my first choice was to reject him, because after all, he lied to us, manipulated us and partly because of him many people in Xion have died.  In rejecting him, EVE will tell him that she doesn't want to feel controlled by a Naytiba, that she wants to make her own decisions. Adam will tell us that he understands our position, but that he still has things to protect and can't give up. He will then ask Lily to stay out of it, and use his skills to pin her in a corner.  We'll start fighting Adam, but he won't attack, he'll just stand still, taking the hits. When we reduce all his life, Lily will manage to free herself and attack him directly, but it will be useless, his hits won't do anything to her.  Adam will tell us that, if he wants to fight us, he will have to leave his humanity aside and become a monster. We will see how he rises to the sky and begins to transform, his power is so much that he will even change the scenery. Here the real combat will begin.  I must say that, without any doubt, this fight is worthy of a final boss. Between the soundtrack, the scenery and the variety of moves, it really gives you the feeling of fighting the most powerful enemy. Although in terms of difficulty, I felt it was less challenging than the Raven fight.  I was also surprised that it won't have very marked phases, simply when his life bar reaches half, we'll see him make one or two new area attacks.  By reducing all his life, we will see how EVE finished with him using everything he has, in a sequence so spectacular and too long to show it complete, but that made me feel happy to have bought this game.  By giving him the final blow, we will return to the real world and Adam will return to his human form. We'll say goodbye to him and regret that it all ended this way, then watch as he fades away and Naytibas' nest begins to crumble.  We will quickly leave the nest with Lily. And being outside, we will see how a mysterious girl appears. This is the mother sphere, the "Goddess" that people in this world believe in. She will talk to us in a mysterious way, she will also tell us that she respects the decision we have made, even though the result is "bittersweet" for us. Then he will leave and a large ship will land.  We will get on the ship to return to the colony, with our companions. But everything will feel very strange. When the ship arrives in space, EVE and Lily will be surprised. We will see the earth surrounded by a strange structure, which I sense is the colony where we belong. But the game will show us all this with a soundtrack of concern/danger, as if something is not right. Then the screen goes black and the credits roll. Considering everything the game tells us about Mother Sphere and the way they show us that final shot, they make it very clear that this would be the "bad" ending, where Mother Sphere got what she wanted and will probably carry out her plan to finish eradicating all humanity, making the only surviving race to be androids like EVE.  But what if we agree to shake Adam's hand? Well, after watching the credits, I loaded the game to make that decision. If we do, Eve will merge with Adam, creating a new being, the first fusion between a Naytiba and an Android. Adam will only be a "companion" though, as EVE will retain his personality, but his appearance will change a bit.  When we do this, we will see how Lily's robotic suit activates itself and starts attacking us. We sense that it is due to the control of the colony. In this ending, the final boss will be the robotic suit, we will fight it until we can get Lily out from inside. When Lily is expelled, we will unleash all our power and destroy the suit thanks to our new abilities.  In this ending the Naytibas Nest will not collapse. We will go outside quietly with Lily and, we will see how the Mother Sphere appears. She will tell us that this result for her is "disappointing" and will finish her speech with the phrase "Here concludes the EVE protocol", then we will see several ships arriving to Earth.  The ships will eject many capsules around us. From these capsules will start to come out Angels (warriors like EVE). We will tell Lily to stay back, we will not let this end here.  EVE will unleash all her power. We will have to eliminate all the warriors that are arriving. This fight will not end, we just have to resist until the screen goes dark and the credits roll.  After the credits we will see that EVE managed to defeat all the warriors. Then there will be a small jump in time and we will see Lily introduce the last hypercell in Xion's hypergenerator.  Thanks to this, Xion will regain energy and life. We will see the citizens celebrating, while EVE will observe everything from above, with his new form. Then the screen will darken and we will be shown a message: "Your journey continues". This is the good ending.  Honestly, a great game. Without a doubt, the second ending is much, much better than the first one, in my opinion. Also, I imagine it will be the canon ending, since we don't know what happened to Mother Sphere or what her plans will be after we defeated all the warriors she sent us, which may give rise to a future sequel. Anyway, I'm glad to have shared my adventure here. 

Este será un capítulo un poco distinto a todos los que he hecho sobre Stellar Blade. Básicamente porque el juego tiene 2 finales, y luego de obtener uno de ellos, te da la posibilidad de cargar la partida para sacar el segundo final. Y aunque uno de los finales me parece mucho, mucho mejor que el otro, se me ocurrió mostrar ambos en el post final de mi aventura.  Entonces, el ultimo día llegamos al campamento final. Estamos dentro del nido de Naytibas y nuestro objetivo es acabar con el Naytiba supremo. Solo hará falta que avancemos unos pocos pasos para que lleguemos al gran escenario, donde el Naytiba supremo nos estará esperando. Para sorpresa de nadie, Adam estará en el centro de este escenario. En los capítulos anteriores ya era más o menos obvio que Adam tendría algo que ver con esto.  Adam comenzará a contarnos que él es el Naytiba supremo, pero que a diferencia de los Naytibas comunes o alfas, él no ha sucumbido a sus instintos salvajes. Nos dirá que ha estado décadas investigando para poner fin a la lucha entre humanos y Naytibas. Cree que la solución somos nosotros dos; Él, un Naytiba que conservó su humanidad y EVE, una androide con el cuerpo más avanzado que existe.  Nos ofrecerá un trato: Fusionarnos con él. Aquí deberemos elegir y, como pueden imaginar, dependiendo de que hagamos, tendremos un final u otro. En mi caso, mi primera opción fue rechazarlo, porque despues de todo, él nos mintió, nos manipuló y en parte por su culpa mucha gente de Xion ha muerto.  Al rechazarlo, EVE le dirá que no quiere sentirse controlada por un Naytiba, que quiere tomar sus propias decisiones. Adam nos dirá que entiende nuestra postura, pero que él aún tiene cosas que proteger y no puede rendirse. Luego le pedirá a Lily que no se meta en esto, y usará sus habilidades para inmovilizarla en una esquina.  Comenzaremos a luchar contra Adam, pero él no atacará, simplemente se quedará quieto, recibiendo los golpes. Cuando reduzcamos toda su vida, Lily logrará liberarse y lo atacará directamente, pero será inútil, sus golpes no le harán nada.  Adam nos dirá que, si quiere luchar contra nosotros, deberá dejar su humanidad de lado y convertirse en un monstruo. Veremos cómo se eleva al cielo y comienza a transformarse, su poder es tanto que incluso cambiará el escenario. Aquí comenzará el verdadero combate.  Debo decir que, sin ninguna duda, este combate es digno de un jefe final. Entre la banda sonora, el escenario y la variedad de movimientos, realmente te da la sensación de estar luchando contra él enemigo más poderoso. Aunque en cuanto dificultad, lo sentí menos complicado que el combate contra Raven.  También me sorprendió que no tendrá fases muy marcadas, simplemente cuando su barra de vida llegue a la mitad, veremos que hace uno o dos ataques de área nuevos.  Al reducir toda su vida, veremos cómo EVE acababa con él usando todo lo que tiene, en una secuencia tan espectacular y demasiado extensa para mostrarla completa, pero que me hizo sentir feliz de haber comprado este juego.  Al darle el golpe final, regresaremos al mundo real y Adam volverá a su forma humana. Nos despediremos de él y lamentaremos que todo haya terminado así, luego veremos cómo se desvanece y el nido de Naytibas comienza a desmoronarse.  Saldremos rápidamente del nido junto a Lily. Y estando fuera, veremos como una misteriosa niña aparece. Esta es la madre esfera, la “Diosa” en la que cree la gente en este mundo. Nos hablará de una forma misteriosa, también nos dirá que respeta la decisión que hemos tomado, a pesar de que el resultado sea “agridulce” para nosotros. Luego se marchará y una gran nave aterrizará.  Nos subiremos a la nave para regresar a la colonia, con nuestras compañeras. Pero todo se sentirá muy raro. Cuando la nave llega al espacio, EVE y Lily se quedarán sorprendidas. Veremos la tierra rodeada por una estructura extraña, la cual intuyo que es la colonia a donde pertenecemos. Pero el juego nos mostrará todo esto con una banda sonora de preocupación/peligro, como si algo no estuviese bien. Luego se pondrá la pantalla en negro y saldrán los créditos. Teniendo en cuenta todo lo que nos dice el juego sobre la Madre Esfera y la forma en la que nos muestran ese plano final, dejan muy claro que este sería el final “malo”, donde la Madre Esfera consiguió lo que quería y probablemente lleve a cabo su plan para terminar de erradicar a toda la humanidad, haciendo que la única raza que sobreviva sea la de los androides como EVE.  Pero ¿Qué pasaría si aceptamos darle la mano a Adam? Bueno, luego de ver los créditos, cargué la partida para tomar esa decisión. Si lo hacemos, Eve se fusionará con Adam, creando un nuevo ser, la primera fusión entre un Naytiba y un Androide. Aunque Adam será solo un “acompañante”, ya que EVE conservará su personalidad, pero su apariencia cambiará un poco.  Al hacer esto, veremos como el traje robótico de Lily se activa solo y comienza a atacarnos. Intuimos que se debe al control de la colonia. En este final, el jefe final será el traje robótico, lucharemos contra el hasta que podamos sacar a Lily de su interior. Cuando expulse a Lily, desataremos todo nuestro poder y destruiremos el traje gracias a nuestras nuevas habilidades.  En este final el Nido del Naytibas no se derrumbará. Saldremos al exterior tranquilamente junto a Lily y, veremos como aparece la Madre Esfera. Nos dirá que este resultado para ella es “decepcionante” y terminará su discurso con la frase “Aquí concluye el protocolo EVE”, luego veremos varias naves llegar a la tierra.  Las naves expulsaran muchas capsulas a nuestro alrededor. De estas capsulas comenzarán a salir Ángeles (guerreras como EVE). Le diremos a Lily que se quede atrás, no permitiremos que esto acabe aquí.  EVE desatará todo su poder. Tendremos que eliminar a todas las guerreras que vayan llegando. Este combate no tendrá fin, simplemente debemos resistir hasta que la pantalla se oscurezca y salten los créditos.  Despues de los créditos veremos que EVE logró vencer a todas las guerreras. Luego habrá un pequeño salto en el tiempo y veremos a Lily introducir la ultima hipercelda en el hipergenerador de Xion.  Gracias a esto, Xion recuperará la energía y la vida. Veremos a los ciudadanos celebrar, mientras que EVE observará todo desde arriba, con su nueva forma. Luego la pantalla se oscurecerá y nos mostraran un mensaje: “Su travesía continua”. Este es el final bueno.  Sinceramente, un gran juego. Sin duda alguna, el segundo final es mucho, mucho mejor que el primero, a mi parecer. Además, imagino que será el final canon, ya que no sabemos qué pasó con la Madre Esfera o cuáles serán sus planes después de que hayamos derrotado a todas las guerreras que nos envió, lo que puede dar pie a una futura secuela. Sea como sea, me alegra haber compartido mi aventura por acá.
