Panagwawagi Festival
Dumalneg is celebrating their Panagwawagi Festival that means brotherhood. It commemorates the peace pact among warring tribes and the settlement of land and caste disputes among members of the tribe. Through this festival, the people of Dumalneg assert that despite discrimination, brotherhood diminishes the differences and bridges the gap. They have one heart and one mind and together move toward a common goal – peace, unity and cooperation. Brotherhood is a key factor to the progressive transformation of Dumalneg today.
