Today is a milestone for me. It was two years ago today that my second book, Last Chance Town was released. This book was a marked improvement on my first effort, We Own The Sunset -- We Own The Sky and was an effort that I was quite proud of putting out there to the public.
The poems in the book continued on the same theme as my first book. Poems about love, lost love, angst, anger, and defiance made up the vast majority of the content. However, some that read the book noted a more upbeat and optimistic tone, which I could feel myself while writing it.
From what I have written for book #3 - which is not going to be released any time soon - I can predict that the third book will be the best one yet. I am really enthused by the poems that I have written for it so far. Hopefully, it can eclipse Last Chance Town as my best work yet.
If you would like an electronic copy of Last Chance Town or We Own The Sunset -- We Own The Sky, you can order them on Amazon, or you can send me 10 Hive for a PDF copy. Just leave your email address in the memo. Thanks for your support!
