Today at a friend's place, I had a perfectly delicious piece of T-bone steak. We grilled it over a strong fire in the backyard, and I can honestly say I’ve rarely eaten a sweeter, more tender, or better piece of meat. Cuts like this are a bit more expensive, so not everyone can afford them, which made me even more excited when my friend invited me over to grill T-bone steak.
He asked me to season it, since—according to him—I have more experience with that, and the meat always turns out tastier when I do it. So, that’s exactly what I did. I seasoned it nicely with salt and pepper, added a bit of a mixed oil blend with olive oil, and we coated the meat in it before placing it on a preheated grill.
Once it was done, we sprinkled a bit of coarse salt on top, and it was ready to eat. We cooked the steak medium to rare, and it turned out incredibly juicy and quite tender.
