What is the Hive Thrive Community Hour?

Eddie is widely known for his work with @aliento, but he's also been known to be absolutely everywhere Hive is happening. A big part of the 3Speak team, and a mod and guide for so many other discord communities and servers.
You almost can't find a Hive server where Eddie is not already there, helping out absolutely everyone.
