Assalamu Alaikum Good morning everyone. Welcome to my blog. Today I made something in the morning which I want to share with you. Today I am very busy as my younger son is going for his exams.
So I made a very simple recipe in the morning. I made some spicy and delicious food. We all were suffering from fever for a few days in a row. So we are not getting much taste in our mouth.
So I made something spicy in the morning. We call this food Chapri Pitha. It is very delicious to eat and looks very tempting.
I can't forget that childhood taste. I've eaten pitha many times from my mother's hands. I also try to feed it to my two children so that they don't forget that old taste.
I made this pitha with very simple ingredients. These ingredients are usually always available in my house.
First, I chopped the green chilies into small pieces, then mixed them well with a little turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and an egg.
Now for the second time, I will add flour to the mashed green chilies, onions and eggs. Now after adding water, I will knead the batter well.
Once the batter is done, I will put a pan in the oven. Then when the pan is hot, I will add the batter in it. I will shape it into a round shape like a beautiful roti. My spicy chapri pitha is ready. It is very delicious to eat. I gave the children a glass of juice along with it. The children enjoyed this snack very much.
