Hello friends Assalamualaikum. Hope you are all well. After a few days I am back with another new blog. After the children's exams were over, I came from the village for a few days. The beautiful environment of the village easily attracts the mind.
The children ran around and ran around in the village for a few days, they were having a great time. But life does not stop and then we have to return to the busy life of the city.
This time we went to the village and had a lot of fun. When we went to the village, we cooked Haleem with beef in a clay oven. It is really fun when everyone plays anything together.
The Halim was cooked last night. The child enjoyed it quite a bit. Although it wasn't as much fun as the restaurant, it still wasn't bad. It was quite fun.
They say it's a clay oven. Cooking anything in a clay oven is actually a lot of fun. When I was a child, I enjoyed eating the dishes cooked in a clay oven by my mother.
Even though I didn't understand it that much then, now I understand that the days left behind are beautiful. I sometimes cook mixed Halim. Halim is as tempting to look at as it is to eat.
When I lived in Dhaka, we used to eat Halim from shopkeepers on both sides of the road. I still can't forget that taste.
To make Halim, I took 2 kg of beef with fat and bones. Since we were a large group of people, we had to cook a little more. One packet of Halim mix and other spices, including green chilies, onions and many more.
First, the beef has to be cooked well. Then, in a pan, fry the oil, onion, cardamom, cinnamon and brown it, then pour the beef in. Now, I will add all the spices in it. When the meat is cooked well, I will add the soaked Halim in it. The Halim dal has to be grated well.
Then, I will pour hot water in it and put it in a large pot. After cooking for a while, delicious Halim will be ready.
Then it's time to serve it. To serve it, I will take green chillies, cucumber, chopped coriander leaves, lemon, onion, beresta. Now pour the halima in the bowl and add riyaz beresta, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and chopped coriander leaves to each bowl.
It's just amazing. It's very easy to make. All the spices and pulses are in the packet. So like me, you can also make halima mix in no time. It looks tempting and is also very fun to eat. Halima mix is more fun to eat in the afternoon or at night.
