Almost there

I’m pretty close already. I could get there sooner if I could stop buying Splinterlands cards and packs. 😂

A while back, I bought some of those Hive punks with the hope of selling them to increase my Hive Power. Well, I’ve sold a few, but I ended up using the funds for Splinterlands. I don’t know where the prices of these punks will go in the future, but I’m mostly okay with just getting more than the 20 Hive I paid for them. I don’t want to ruffle feathers, but I think these sort of NFTs are kind of silly.

As far as staked Hive goes, I might stop at 25k, though. I still have love for Hive, but one of my goals for 2022 is to have more liquid assets, and by that I mostly mean Bitcoin and probably HBD as well. 25k Hive is a good amount to have, and will only be a better and better amount to have as things continue to take off around here.

Resolutions?

I don’t know. I already quit drinking and smoking weed. I’d like to continue that this year. I’ve already changed my eating habits and would like to continue that as well. If I have one resolution, it might be to get more into learning Spanish again. I was going pretty strong with that in 2020 and the first half of 2021, but when I quit a job where everyone except me spoke Spanish, I sort of trailed off with my learning. I’d like to visit (or maybe even move to) some Spanish-speaking countries in the near future, and I think it would be better to be able to speak to people in Spanish than seeming like the jackass American tourist that expects everyone to speak English for them.
