It’s been a looooong time since I’ve used Actifit and my growing waistline proves it! It’s just days away from the new year and I am seriously considering taking on a couple of resolutions as a result.
I’ve begin using Noom to track my food and activity and after logging a weeks worth of meals, it’s shocking how little food can result in so many calories when it’s all composed of convenience foods and dining out! Yikes!
Now that I’m back living in the city, I have a much easier time motivating myself to go for a walk since there is so much to see and experience around my local neighborhood. I was able to snap a picture of the Capitol Christmas Tree the other evening and it’s a route I often like to walk around the Capitol building and National Mall.
