We all love the taste of cezar salad and it's lovely mix of flavors but it's not really a low calorie dish, so I present you my recipe for a lighter version of it.

First we prepare the sauce - it's the key part. For the sause we need 1. Ella (dairy product that is 100% protein, zero carbohydrates)use the hole pack it's about 450grams 2. one spoon of mustard 3. Aceto balsamico about 3 spoons 4. Yogurt -about two cups 5. Origano . Mix all the ingredients. It should look like this. -->.

After that you wash and chop the salad ingredients, you can add tomatoes, peppers (red and yellow) -for the colors, lettuce, baby spinach, cabbage and some other vegetables too if you wish. I usually use what I have in the fridge at the moment.

Last step is to prepare the meat. Heat the pan with some olive oil or whatever oil you use that is healthier than sunflower oil and than add meat that you previously chopped into small cubes. Just add salt and pepper. If you wish your dish to remain strictly light than you got all of your ingredients just mix them all together but first mix the salad with the sauce and add chicken on top. If you want to spice it a bit add some bacon and breadcrumbs, even with these ingredients it's a lighter version as we don't use mayonnaise. :) It should look like this.

This is the "fit" version and This is with some bacon and breadcrumbs.

Super tasty in both versions and very easy to prepare. Goes great with white wine. Enjoy and please tell me how you liked it!
